BelAnalytics is an add-on module to BelManage which provides optimization of software licensing and maintenance costs along with flexible analysis of your BelManage Cyber Security data. BelAnalytics allows our customers to automatically create a daily Effective License Position for complex server software from Microsoft, Oracle and IBM along with desktop and cloud software from Adobe, Microsoft, ESRI, Autodesk and many others.

Microsoft Licensing reports for desktop and server products, including Office, Visio, Project, Windows desktop, SQL Server, Windows Server, and many others. For Visio and Project the last used reports are very useful for software harvesting. The following license models are supported:

• Desktop Applications Device License
• Desktop Operating Systems Device License
• Servers – Per Processor/CAL
• Servers – Server/CAL
• Servers – Per Core
• Servers – Management Servers
• Developer Tools
• Servers – Operating Systems

Oracle Licensing reports for all Oracle database products, Options and Management packs, including Enterprise Edition, Standard Edition, Standard Edition One. Options and Packs including Real Application Clusters, Diagnostics, Tuning, Lifecycle, Masking, Active Data Guard, Advanced Compression, Partitioning, Advanced Security, and more. The following license models are supported:

• Processor
• Named User Plus

IBM Licensing reports for products such as Domino, DB2, WebSphere and others. The following licensing models are supported:

• User based (UVU)
• Capacity based (PVU)
• Client device based (RVU)

Reports for other high value software such as ESRI, Adobe, including Creative Cloud, Autodesk’s AutoCAD, and many others.

BelAnalytics Module is an option with BelManage and is priced as follows:

• Single user version is $2,500 per year.
• Server version for five named users is $10,000 per year. Additional blocks of five users can be added at this same price.

Product Requirements:

• Operating systems: Single User workstation version – Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7. Server version – Windows Server 2019, 2016, 2012 R2, 2012, 2008 R2.
• Processor cores: One per simultaneous user.
• Memory: 1 GB of memory per 2,000 BelManage computer profiles, plus 1 GB of memory for each expected simultaneous user.
• Disk space: 80 GB of free disk space.
